What Should I Do If Deposit Wrong Crypto?

1. What should I do if I wrongly deposit tokens with the different contract address to KuCoin?

Typically, after completing a token's contract upgrade, we will release the relevant announcement to let users know, you may focus on our "News&Announcements". At present, we have completed a number of tokens' contract upgrade (such as TEL, CRPT, UTK, etc.) and no longer support the deposit of the token with the old contract address. If you deposit the token with the old contract address, please note that your deposit will not be credited.

 

Note: Please note that your deposit will not be credited if you deposit the token with the old contract address. Considering the security of your assets, please confirm if the contract address on the sending party is consistent with the token's contract address on KuCoin before you deposit, and you can also contact our online support to confirm the contract address.

TEL's old contract address (KuCoin does not support): 0x85e076361cc813a908ff672f9bad1541474402b2

TEL's new contract address (KuCoin supports): 0x467bccd9d29f223bce8043b84e8c8b282827790f

Note: The contract address cannot be used as your deposit address, you can check your deposit address on the deposit page.

1. Your UID/Registered email address/Registered phone number.

2. The type and amount of the token you deposit.

3. The txid.

4. The screenshot of the transaction from the withdrawal party. (Please log in to the withdrawal account, search the withdrawal history and find the corresponding withdrawal record. Please ensure that the txid, token type, amount and address should be on the screenshot. If you deposit from your private wallet such as MEW, please provide a screenshot of your account address.)

2. What should I do if I deposit a token that KuCoin does not support?

Please note that you can check the tokens that we currently support on the deposit page, and please do not deposit unsupported tokens to KuCoin, otherwise, your deposit will not be credited. At the same time, before you deposit, please make sure that the chain of the token you want to deposit is consistent with the chain of the token on KuCoin. For example, the chain of the EWT token on KuCoin is mainnet, please do not deposit ERC20 EWT to KuCoin.
