How to get started with leveraged tokens on KuCoin Web?

KuCoin Leveraged Tokens are tokens with the added benefit of leverage. Traders also amplify their investment returns with leverage by simply buying and selling leveraged tokens (it’s essentially the same as trading in the Spot Market) without paying any principal. Leveraged Tokens effectively increase profit and avoid liquidation risk through the mechanism of automatically adjusting leverage. Their features include no risk of liquidation, no need to pay margin, and automatic compound interest.

 

How to get started with leveraged tokens?

 

1 Go to KuCoin homepage, and select “Derivatives” -  “Leveraged Tokens”

2 Start trading leveraged tokens by clicking "Trade"

 

Take BTC3L/USDT as an example

Select the leveraged token you want to trade in the ETF market, and enter the price/quantity of the leveraged token you want to buy/sell.

 

The entire process is exactly the same as Spot Trading, no borrowing, assets transfer and other processes are required, which is quite user-friendly.
