Please transfer your balance from other accounts like Trading account, Margin account to Main account before you want to place the sell order via P2P trade.

 

Q2:Why I cannot buy or sell?

P2P Fiat Trade service in KuCoin is available for users and accounts below:

Users from fiat currency trading with cryptocurrency supported Countries and regions. 

Users not in KuCoin blacklist.

If your selling service is unavailable, please double-check whether you have changed the security settings resulting in suspension of withdrawal service. Token selling and withdrawal will be suspended for 24 hours after changing security settings.

The account should be bound a phone number to start P2P Fiat Trade.

The account should be set up a trading password to start P2P Fiat Trade.

 

Q3.Will the Mobile Phone Number / Email Address / Trade Password Change During the P2P Fiat Trade Will Influence the Ongoing P2P Fiat Trade Order ?

Please note that:      

Changing the mobile phone number / Email address / Trade password during the P2P Fiat Trade does not affect your ongoing order;       

Please use the changed trade password when the seller releases the token;       

In addition to the orders in progress, it is unable to carry out P2P Fiat Trade or withdrawal within 24 hours;

 

Q4.Why Can't I Sell Token by New P2P Fiat Trade Order After Mobile Number and Trade Password Change?

For the security of your assets, it is forbidden to sell token through P2P Fiat Trade order or withdraw your assets within 24 hours after changing the security settings such as mobile phone number, transaction password, etc.

 

Q5. Can I still place sell order via P2P after change the Trading password?

Q6:Token Sell Function is Restricted.

If you find your token sell function in KuCoin P2P Fiat Trade is restricted, this is because you have changed the security settings (including Google two-step verification, trade password, binding mobile phone, etc.) in the past 24 hours. Token selling and withdrawal will be suspended for 24 hours after the operation.
