About the Deposit and Withdrawal of GRIN

1. How to deposit GRIN to KuCoin?

Please copy your KuCoin GRIN deposit address and paste it on the withdrawal page of other exchanges or mining pools.

2. I withdrew GRIN from the mining pool to KuCoin. Why haven't I received it yet?

Currently, KuCoin does not cooperate with the authority of any mining pool. If you want to deposit GRIN from the mining pool to KuCoin, you are advised to contact the mining pool side first to confirm whether it supports the transfer of GRIN to KuCoin, otherwise your transfer may not be successful. 

3. The withdrawal address is detected as invalid.

Please make sure that the address format is http://xxx/xxx or https://xxx/xxx/xxxx. Also, contact the receiving platform if there is any special request for the format of the address to 100% verify your address format. Please ensure that the receiving wallet remains online.
