You may find that there are coins being held in pending orders, and so they cannot be used. Please note that this means you have open orders which have not finished, or that a withdrawal is still in the operating or processing status. These assets still belong to you, and you can cancel the order before the corresponding operations finish if you want.
1. For checking or canceling unfinished open orders
Click Orders--Spot Orders-Open Orders referring to below.
Choose All to see all current open orders you set up before. Click "Cancel" for orders you want to stop.
2. For checking or canceling unfinished withdrawals
Click Asset--Main Account (Deposit&Withdraw)--Deposit&Withdrawal History--Withdrawal History.
